A bit about me.

Hi, I'm Sam, a photographer and aspiring Architect based in Bristol, England.

Photography has always been a passion of mine, but when I started my journey towards becoming an architect in 2020, my focus shifted towards capturing the built environment. During my BArch degree, I became fascinated not just by buildings themselves but by how people interact with and inhabit spaces. Over time, this has grown into a genuine curiosity for architectural photography, a way to explore, document, and celebrate the stories that well-designed buildings tell.

Through my lens, I look beyond the obvious, noticing the intricate details, the play of light and shadow, and the ways people are shaped by the environments around them. What started as a way to document my studies has developed into a creative process that continues to inspire me and deepen my interest and understanding of architecture.

As I begin my Masters in Architecture, I am excited to explore new ways of designing within an educational environment as well as continue to grow my photography and videography skillset.
