about me

I'm Samuel, a photographer and MArch student based in Bristol and a huge lover of architecture.

Photography has always been a passion of mine, but when I started my journey towards becoming an architect in 2020, my focus shifted towards capturing the built environment. During my BArch degree, I became fascinated not just by buildings themselves but by how people interact with and inhabit spaces. Over time, this has grown into a genuine curiosity for architectural photography, a way to explore, document, and celebrate the stories that well-designed buildings tell.

Through my unique lens, I look beyond the obvious, noticing the intricate details, the play of light and shadow, and the ways buildings are shaped by the people interacting with them. What started as a way to document my studies has developed into a creative endeavour that continues to fascinate me and deepen my understanding of architecture.
